PLEASE NOTE: ONLY A FEW MONTHS WORTH OF RACE WINNING PHOTOS ARE DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE – but our catalogue goes back to the 1970’s.

Our racing catalogue goes from 1977 to 2006, and from 2019 onwards so please email monicatoretto@gmail.com with your horse’s name to receive the proofs we hold.
Additionally we have a variety of racing related images shot in monochrome dating from early 1970’s to early 1990 – including Grand Nationals from the 1970’s and rare images featuring legends of both codes. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any requests. We are currently digitizing our vast catalogue of images.

SHIPPING/POSTAGE within New Zealand:

• Shipping is OPTIONAL and therefore not included in any of our prices listed.

The additional charges will apply for shipping as follows:

Loose prints/unframed enlargements, mugs & coasters:

• New Zealand wide $15.00

Framed enlargements (up to 16×16″):

• NZ wide courier $27.00

• All other orders will be on a order by order basis, a quote can be provided at the time of ordering. This includes large sized framed orders, mugs and books.

Shipping/postage – International

• Available for prints or books only.
• Calculated per order and will vary according to destination.

To place an order:

• Select the photos from the proofs
• Select the size
• Select the layout (single photo, two photos etc.)
• Frame or unframe?
• Background color (matte color, where the info will be on)
• Frame color
• Any special text to add? (e.g. first win, record time etc.)
• Pick up or courier?

Then simply email all that information, including your horse’s name and date of race, to monicatoretto@gmail.com

Some important stuff about your order:

After you place your order you will receive your proof via email along with payment details. The time frame of this can vary from 48 hours to 7 non racing/working days depending on time of year.

Your email will include details such as:

• Custom enlargement orders need to be approved by you prior to printing.
• No order will be sent to print without being approved by you.
• You will be asked to check all details; including spelling, dates, names, times, background color, photos & your order details.
• Any changes can easily be made at this stage.
• If changes need to be made you will receive an updated proof to go through the same process.
• Only once approved & payment is received will your order go to print.
• The photo going to be printed is the EXACT photo of the proof you receive (without ‘sample’ on it).
• If any changes need to be made after it has been approved by you and printed, the corrected reprint will incur a reprint fee so we urge you to check all details thoroughly.

Payment:

• Payment details and invoice amount will be emailed to you along with your proof.
• The email you receive is your invoice – but a separate invoice is available upon request.
• Only once payment is received will your custom enlargement be sent to print and to framing if required – unless other prior arrangements have been made.
• Bank transfers/internet banking or cash only.

Completion time of your order:

• Custom enlargements & framed orders: can be up-to 15 working/non racing days
• Design, book & coasters orders: can be up-to 21 working/non racing days
• Your custom enlargements and prints can be collected at any race-meeting in Southland and Otago.
• Shipping may extend the completion time as orders are shipped on Monday’s or Wednesday’s only (not on public holidays).
