Custom enlargements & prints:
- Printed colors may differ to what is seen on the device you are using for online viewing.
- All prints are checked for quality and clarity prior to release.
- All available photos are shown (unless clearly stated otherwise).
Race day & race winning photos:
- Only recent race meetings are posted on the website – for older meetings please email monicatoretto@gmail.com with your horse’s name and date(s) to receive your proofs.
- Thoroughbred and Harness meetings in Southland, Central & Otago starting in late 1977 to 2006, and from 2019 onwards are available.
- Race day scenes; stabling area, prelims and others, may also be available, please email with your horse’s name for a search in our records. Some can also be found in albums on Facebook.
Payment:
- Sporting & Event invoices – payment terms are within 30 days of the date of invoice.
- Personal & Commercial invoices – payment terms are prior to release of image files, enlargements or orders.
- Race winning photo orders – payment details & invoice amount will be emailed with your proof and payment is expected prior to print, unless otherwise arranged.
- Digitizing services – payment terms are prior to release of image files, enlargements or prints.
Shipping/postage – New Zealand:
Shipping for photo orders is OPTIONAL and therefore not included in any of our prices listed.
The additional charges will apply for shipping requests:
Loose prints/unframed enlargements & coasters:
- Residential deliveries $10.00
- Rural Deliveries $15.00
Framed enlargements (up to 16×16″):
- NZ wide courier $27.00
All other orders will be on a order by order basis, a quote can be provided at the time of ordering. This includes extra large framed orders, mugs and books.

Digital files are subject to a licensing fee as stated and outlined below:
Original unprocessed unedited RAW files are NOT available.
Racing digital files personal use only release:
- Low resolution digital copies of race day photos may be available for social media content & personal use only.
- $25.00 per digital photo file (may be discounted for multiple files per single order).
- Please note these are fully edited resized low resolution digital files suitable and released for personal use as social media content only. **

Digital files – other **
- (1) Digital files are included in certain instances (see Rates & Booking) and will be sent to you via Dropbox. Dropbox can be downloaded and used for free, a link to which will be emailed to you.
- (2) Digital files from sporting events may be released to participants for social media use and/or wider use by the event organizer via Dropbox, please check with your event organizer or email monicatoretto@gmail.com
